You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.

You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Since we don't sell personal information, this right is automatically satisfied.

You can still manage your email preferences at any time.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. If you request to delete your data or opt-out of communications, we will:

  • Not deny you access to our educational platform
  • Not charge you different prices or rates
  • Not provide you a different level or quality of service
  • Not suggest that you will receive different pricing or service

  • Communications: Send raffle notifications, follow-up surveys (only if you opt-in)

Third Parties We Share Information With

We share limited information with the following service providers:

  • Supabase (PostgreSQL): Database hosting for survey responses and analytics
  • PostHog: Anonymous analytics platform for usage tracking
  • Vercel: Web hosting and content delivery
  • SendGrid (if used): Email delivery for verification and notifications

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Survey responses: 2 years from collection
  • Raffle entries: 90 days after raffle completion
  • Feedback: 3 years for improvement tracking
  • Anonymous analytics: 1-2 years

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your CCPA rights, you can:

Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing requests:

  • We send a verification email to the address you provide
  • You must click the verification link to confirm your identity
  • Once verified, we process your request within 45 days

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must:

  • Provide written authorization signed by you
  • Verify their own identity
  • We may still require you to verify your identity directly

Response Timeline

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we'll notify you of the reason and extension period.
